Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all international orders. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory local laws apply, those laws will prevail.
1. Non-EU Orders
For customers outside the European Union, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect purchase, or other non-defect-related reasons, except where required by applicable law.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or return requests for non-defective products may not be accepted.
Returns or refunds may be available for confirmed product defects, incorrect items, or other situations required by applicable law.
For approved returns requested by the customer for non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related fees. Where the return is required due to verified product defects, we will bear the return-related costs as required by applicable law.
2. EU Customers
EU customers generally have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right for online purchases, starting from the day the goods are received, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For voluntary returns under this withdrawal right, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Estimated return shipping costs may be approximately USD $60–$80 depending on the country, package size, shipping method, customs, and other applicable charges.
Where required by law, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method is generally non-refundable.
Defective or non-conforming products are covered by the applicable statutory consumer protection rights, and we will provide the remedies required by law.
3. RC Product Installation & Use
Our products are designed for proper installation and use according to the applicable product specifications and instructions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
* Incorrect installation or wiring;
* Incorrect voltage, battery type, or electrical setup;
* Short circuits or reversed polarity;
* Water, excessive moisture, or corrosion;
* Physical impact, crashes, or other external damage;
* Overheating caused by improper setup or insufficient cooling;
* Modifications, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs;
* Use outside the product’s specified operating conditions.
These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect statutory consumer rights for genuine defects or non-conforming products.
4. Warranty & Quality Issues
If you believe a product has a quality issue, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or videos may be requested to help us diagnose the issue.
We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting or testing before approving a return or replacement.
If a genuine product defect is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Returned Products
Products returned under a statutory withdrawal right should be in a condition that allows us to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Where permitted by law, customers may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and test the product.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after the applicable return has been received and processed.
7. Applicable Law
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this policy. However, nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory local law, the applicable law will prevail.
